The materials specified for all the properties was Redland Cambrian slates, Cambrian Slates embody the beauty and character of natural slate. Made in Wales from over 60% recycled Welsh slate, Cambrian tops the range in both looks and performance. Whilst light in weight, Cambrian’s unique three point fixing makes it suitable for even the most exposed sites. The specification was the same regardless of design, all roofs were pitched and incorporate hips and valleys whilst some had dormers and more detailing was required. Sarnafil single ply was installed on the bike stores.

This is a multi phase development requiring an average of two roofers on site throughout the project plus two trained and approved Sarnafil operative when necessary and a leadsmith for detailing and waterproofing the perimeter and abutments.
